Winemaking: The vineyards are at 710 meters above sea level, with a very cold winter and dry summer, warm by day and fresh at night, therefore the grapes, harvested by machine, mature very slowly. The fermentation room has small stainless steel deposits with automated cold-heat shirts. Itīs in this place where the winemaking process takes place. The barrels of American and French oak are in several rooms, at a constant temperature and humidity.

Tasting note: Wine with an intense purple red color,ripe fruit aroma, with noticeable presence of toasted spices and berries. Round, full flavor andsmoothpalate with a long finish.
